Developer position

As far as you can imagine between sending CV and starting to work there are some points which are unique for each company.

Our steps are quite simple and we suppose you will pass successfully all stages listed below:

  1. You prepare CV by our template and send it to the Recruitment Department of {ME}.
  2. We review the CV. As a result of the review we could send test tasks and time frame to complete it.
  3. You perfectly complete the test tasks.
  4. You write a composition in English on a specific topic: 'Why I would prefer to work as a developer for mobile devices'. Send it with your test tasks. We expect the composition in a page of A4 format.
  5. We agree with you a time for an interview.
  6. You perfectly win the interview.
  7. Probation period starts.
  8. We work together!

What can you expect from probation period

Be ready to study and to:
  • be studied by professionals with huge experience in mobile development;
  • acquaint with project workcycle;
  • train development skills;
  • train of coding conventions;
  • train of bug tracker and sources versioning workflow;
  • acquaint with specific tricks.

QA position

QA Engineer is a super important role on a project. The person helps customer to receive product equal to expectations rather a developer vision of project. Our selection process is briefly explained below.

  1. You prepare CV by our template and send it to the Recruitment Department of {ME}.
  2. We review the CV. As a result test tasks and time frame to do it could be sent.
  3. You complete test tasks.
  4. You write a composition in English on a specific topic: 'What is a QA role in mobile development'. Send it with your test tasks. The size of this composition is around a page of A4 format.
  5. We agree with you the time for an interview.
  6. You perfectly graduate the interview.
  7. Probation period starts for you.
  8. We work together!

  • use required tools to increase efficiency;
  • train English a little bit;
  • train workflow of bug tracker and sources versioning.
